Open Access Policy
Global Humanities and Social Sciences (GHSS) are fully open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain the copyright of their work, and readers can freely share, adapt the content (including commercial use) with proper attribution.
Publication Charge Policy
- Current Policy (as of January 2027): There is NO Article Processing Charge (APC), submission fee, or subscription fee for authors or readers.
- Future Adjustment Note: The journal may revise the publication charge policy (e.g., introduce APC) in the future, based on the needs of long-term sustainable development (e.g., covering editorial, proofreading, and database indexing costs). Any adjustment will be publicly announced 6 months in advance on the journal's official website, and will only apply to manuscripts submitted after the announcement (existing submissions will follow the policy at the time of submission).
